Projects, Research & Collaboration

010Genetics brings together independent cannabis genetics work, product-transparency ideas and early-stage research concepts. Each project has its own purpose and maturity; a concept or prototype is not presented as a validated service or completed research programme.

Current project areas

Cannabis genetics and breeding

010Genetics is an independent genetics and breeding project. Existing cultivars and breeding work are evaluated through selection, cultivation experience and further testing. Results can vary by environment and require appropriate documentation.

Cannabis Product Label

A developing concept for clear, traceable product and batch information, with a planned structure for stable QR-linked pages. Measurements and certificates would be shown only when verifiable for the specific batch.

Cannabis Product Experience & Outcome Survey

An interactive prototype showing how a QR-linked product and batch can be connected to informed consent, a short medical or recreational questionnaire, reported effects, unwanted effects and an overall product rating. The current demo does not transmit or store answers.

Plan per Patient

A long-term research vision exploring whether validated individual biological measurements and plant science can support better-defined research questions. This is an early-stage concept, not a diagnostic, treatment or patient service.

Research and funding approach

Before a patient-related or laboratory pilot could be considered, the work needs a focused research question, an evidence and feasibility review, qualified scientific leadership, validated measurement methods, ethics and privacy planning, regulatory assessment, and a credible budget with milestones. No funding award or clinical partnership is claimed at this stage.

Potential supporters can help first by contributing expertise, reviewing the research scope, identifying suitable laboratories or academic partners, and helping shape an appropriately governed funding proposal. Financial support would be sought against a defined work plan and transparent costs.

CRISPR/Cas and future breeding tools

Genome editing is one possible future research area, not a current method used to create the 010Genetics lines. The 2019 review of CRISPR/Cas in plant breeding provides general background; it is not a cannabis protocol and does not establish a ready-to-use method for these lines. Any future work would first require a clear trait hypothesis, suitable plant-regeneration capacity, scientific partners, cost and regulatory review.
